Hypertension optimisation in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire

Online education sessions for GPs and primary health care professionals within Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire on hypertension management and optimisation .

We are offering two one hour training webinars on hypertension management. The webinars are focused on the benefit and implementation of the UCLPartners Proactive Framework for Hypertension, which was developed by primary care clinicians. You will learn:

• How you can risk stratify patients based on clinical risk using EMIS searches
• How you can train up and use the wider primary care team such as healthcare assistants, health and wellbeing coaches and pharmacists
• Pathways for remote care and support for virtual consultations

You will also learn about the community pharmacy hypertension case finding service.

The session will be held on MS Teams on Thursday 13th October 2022, 1-2pm.
