Event outcomes
Design thinking offers a proven approach increasingly used across industry, which can help gain a true understanding of critical problems, define challenges to be addressed, use creative thinking tools to identify potential solutions and then prototype and test these solutions.
As knowledge around design-thinking and creative problem-solving skills expand, with more and more of us expected to turn ideas into genuine value, these skills are becoming more widespread and in demand.
Within the NHS, they will help us further improve services, maybe develop new services, implement new technologies and processes.
Excitingly, feedback from users reveals they are practical, highly relevant and fun to use for individuals and team members.
Who is this training for?
