Event summary
We are pleased to offer a series of free webinars focusing on the clinical management of Blood Pressure.
The 90-minute webinars will be delivered by Dr Angus Nightingale, Cardiologist, Bristol Heart Institute and Ola Howell, Pharmacist Clinical Lead, West of England AHSN.
These sessions are open to anyone working in healthcare who is interested in blood pressure optimisation, but are aimed at clinicians working in Primary Care.
Working collaboratively with colleagues in our regional Integrated Care System (ICS) teams we are supporting case finding for hypertension using the UCLPartners Proactive Care Frameworks.
Delegates will:
- be able to run case finding and risk stratification searches using the UCLProactive Care Framework search tools
- feel more confident in clinically managing hypertension cases
