Would you like to meet others to ask questions and share experiences?
The West of England Academic Health Science Network in collaboration with the BNSSG ICB is hosting the first CVD Community of Practice as an opportunity for staff involved in cardiovascular disease management and projects in BNSSG to meet and connect. The aim of this session is for staff to share their experiences and learning so far and ask questions. Jim Moore from the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society will provide some national CVD perspective. In addition, we will signpost to useful resources.
Who should attend?
This session is suitable for nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, and GPs who are already implementing or planning to implement any CVD work within their PCN or practice, as well as any admin staff involved in the process.
