Please join us and colleagues from across the region at the PERIPrem share and learn event on 10 December 2024 to share your data.
Chaired by PERIPrem Clinical Lead, Dr Sarah Bates, this session will cover the topic of Antenatal Steroids. We will hear from some Trusts within the region as to how they have overcome challenges surrounding this bundle element. We will be welcoming Dr Judith Standing, Regional Lead Obstetrician for the South West, who will be presenting the new South West Regional Principles for Use of Antenatal Steroids. This guidance has been created in collaboration with the South West Clinical Safety and Transformation Group, and is intended to support clinicians to make decisions around recommending steroids, as well as supporting conversations with families.
As always, this will be an interactive session and an opportunity to learn from colleagues in the PERIPrem Community, as well as share and problem solve any issues you may be experiencing. A more detailed agenda to follow.
Please do share widely within your trust. This session is specifically provided for the PERIPrem teams and perinatal staff working within the West of England, South West and Cymru.
