Mairead is the Associate Director of Evaluation and Insight at Health Innovation West of England. Mairead has a wide range of evaluation and insights expertise gained from working in the health, care and research sectors nationally and internationally. She is experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams across organisational and geographical boundaries to deliver evaluations and strategic insights.
Mairead has a PhD in health services research from the University of Bristol and has been chief investigator of multiple NIHR-funded studies in Primary Care. As an Evaluation Lead in Health Innovation South West, she led on evaluation of Mental Health and Cancer innovations. Mairead is passionate about using evidence and insight to improve outcomes for patients.
