Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) Healthcare provides investment for innovations to meet known NHS needs. Innovative companies can receive up to £1 million investment in the development of their products.
The SBRI Healthcare programme is holding a briefing event to support applicants interested in their latest competitions – Mental Health and Surgical Technologies.

The briefing event will feature NHS professionals describing some of the unmet needs across mental health and surgical technologies, to stimulate those present into thinking of new product ideas that could meet some of these demands.
Members of the SBRI Healthcare programme team will also give an overview of the programme, how to make the best applications and what the programme has delivered for the NHS and industry.
Colleagues from the South West, Wessex and West of England Academic Health Science Networks will be on hand to discuss the application process with interested businesses.
