Event summary
Commissioners and providers, health and social care all agree on the need to do better at maintaining older people’s vitality and independence, enabling them to live safely at home for longer, with less reliance on hospital based care. With “daily operational challenges eating future strategy for breakfast”, there is support for KSS AHSN to catalyse and enable further work that speeds up the spread and adoption of sustainable new models of care for older people.
