Event summary
The West of England Academic Health Network invite you to the second Regional Polypharmacy event on Wednesday 12th June 2019 at Holiday Inn Bristol Filton.
We plan to look at what’s been happening in the region since the last event in December 2018 and revisit the pledges that were made. We will discuss where polypharmacy fits into the national agenda and the long term plan, as well as sharing more information about how you can support your patients manage their own medicines.
Lastly we plan to showcase the newly developed dashboard which presents our local ePACT2 medicines optimisation and polypharmacy indicators and aim to use this to collectively agree the areas to focus on in the coming months and how we can continue to develop collaborative working across the region.
It’s shaping up to be a full and interesting agenda. Places are limited so secure your place today.
Please email Joanna.Garrett@weahsn.net to be put onto the circulation list for further updates
