A short workshop to introduce the concept of innovation with an opportunity to learn and practice some techniques that can be used to facilitate innovative thinking and the development of ideas into tangible product or service improvements. It is aimed at people with some working knowledge of Quality improvement methodologies who are keen to work with innovators.
Specific techniques will include:
- Creative thinking
- Proto typing and experimentation
- Building evidence
- Plus a short session on Change Management
