Eleanor joined our team in November 2020. Previous to this, Eleanor worked in a number of service improvement and project/ programme management roles in North Somerset Community Partnership and Sirona and has experience working in CCG’s and in an acute setting. She is currently working on the Health Tech Adoption and Acceleration Fund to support patients with COPD in BNSSG to access a health hub and self management tools.
