Join us for the West of England AHSN Introductory SHarED Webinar (Supporting High Impact Users in Emergency Departments).

Are you interested in how your team can successfully manage High Impact Users in your Emergency Department? Would you like to hear about the SHarED Project, where we have spread the High Impact User model from the Bristol Royal Infirmary (BRI) to the other Emergency Departments across the West of England region?

On this webinar, we will be providing an overview of the SHarED Project and presenting the results that we have seen so far, including a case study and data performance results. We are keen to find out whether there is an appetite and need for further improvement work within this area outside of the West of England. At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to discuss the project with the team from the BRI and to discuss how you can get involved.
