Are you interested in working for an organisation focused on innovating and improving health and care? Do you want a challenge that will broaden your knowledge and experience?
If so, we hope you will want to play a part in delivering measurable gains in healthcare and wellbeing across the West of England; making a meaningful contribution to the regional and national economy; and building a learning and delivery network to accelerate innovation and improvement.
We value a workforce where people’s diverse backgrounds and experiences bring different perspectives and fresh ideas. We therefore welcome applications from diverse communities to ensure our team is dynamic, vibrant and reflects the population we serve.
What can we offer you?
Pay, pension, and holiday entitlements are all based upon NHS grades, terms and conditions. We promise to support staff as much as possible with training to expand their skills. We offer a flexible working scheme.
With two offices in Bristol, we support agile working including the opportunity to work from home, and welcome applications from applicants seeking remote working opportunities. You will need to be able to travel to one of our office bases or occasionally to other locations within our geography and nationally for in-person meetings and events.
Our 360 office is in central Bristol, with hundreds of shops, restaurants and cafes a short stroll away. The building is close to most of Bristol’s key bus routes and a ten-minute bus journey from Temple Meads train station. Our Future Space office is in North Bristol on the UWE Bristol campus, alongside specialist facilities for university research and incubator schemes, including the Bristol Robotics Lab. Future Space is a short walk from Parkway station and close to the M4, M5 and M32 motorways.
