Opportunities in our Evaluation and Insights Team
Two exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced senior managers in our Evaluation and Insights team. The Evaluation and Insights team supports health and care teams across our region to understand the impact of introducing innovations. The primary function of the evaluation and insights team is to advise on and deliver real-world evaluation of innovations to understand their impact on patients, staff and the healthy economy to understand the potential value of their wider adoption. This can take a variety of forms, such as rapid insight generation, evidence synthesis, mixed methods service evaluation and health economic analysis.
Senior Evaluation Manager
The key responsibility of the Senior Evaluation Manager is to lead qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods evaluations of innovative technologies, pathways and approaches in health and care. They will also advise partners on evaluation methods and lead a team of mixed-methods evaluation researchers.
The post holder will lead a defined set of evaluation and insights activity to have real impact on health and healthcare by supporting our partnership to gather insights on how and why solutions are successful, articulate impact and understand what innovation to scale. The senior evaluation manger will line manage a team of evaluation researchers who are primarily focussed on delivering real-world evaluations. The post holder will also support the Associate Director of Evaluation and Insight with growth of a pipeline of evaluation and insights activity, securing funding from a range of funders, and collaborating with our diverse and multi-disciplinary stakeholder communities
- Band 8b – £62,215 – £72,293 per annum
- Permanent contract
- 37.5 hours per week – full time, flexible working

Senior Insights Manager

They will also advise partners on analytic and evaluation methods and lead a team of analysts.

The post holder will line manage a team of analysts who are primarily focussed on delivering evaluations and data analysis / insights dashboards. The post holder will also support the Associate Director of Evaluation and Insight with growth of a pipeline of evaluation and insights activity, securing funding from a range of funders, and collaborating with our stakeholder communities.
- Band 8b – £62,215 – £72,293 per annum
