Hosted jointly by the Technology Enabled Care Programme and NHS24
Over the past three years, the use of digital technologies to support the use of remote patient monitoring in health and care services has grown significantly in Scotland.
This national event will showcase the key outcomes, impacts and learning from the three year National HMHM Programme through use, interactive panel discussions, snap shop presentations, master class/workshops and posters displays.
The day will explore examples of emerging digital technology innovations supporting remote monitoring which have the potential shape future service transformation opportunities across health and care and successful scaling up examples and approaches from across the UK and Internationally.
This event offers an opportunity for those interested in HMHM to come together as a community to network with peers, meet key academic and strategic leaders in the field and learn about the benefits of HMHM and what it takes to successfully drive service transformation at scale.
