Event summary
The West of England AHSN is hosting a one-hour webinar to inform healthcare professionals about the new COPD Digital Champion Service and the myCOPD app, provided by my mHealth.
Use of the my mHealth COPD app and the Digital Champion service has formed the basis of the West of England AHSN-managed COPD Digital CHAMP pilot project running across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire integrated care system.
