Event summary
Imperial College Health Partners (ICHP) – in partnership with North West London ICS – is hosting an innovation network event, bringing together NHS, Local Authority and Social Care colleagues with Patients and Carers, Innovators, and Third Sector Organisations, to explore possible solutions and inspire a ‘networked innovation’ approach to NW London’s Mission to enable more days at home for residents.
They are looking to welcome innovator and industry partners to this event to explore a breadth of solutions that could enable an improved acute pathway which connects patient need with the most suitable care provider.
The deadline for submitting an EOI is Friday 23 February. ICHP will shortlist entries and invite up to 20 innovator and industry partners to join this event. If successful, you will be notified by Friday 1 March.
