In collaboration with ARC West, the West of England Academy brings you this workshop to help you further understand Theory of Change for evaluation purposes in healthcare.
What you will gain:
- An introductory understanding of Theory of Change, understanding the difference between Theory of Change and logic models, benefits and context of when to use Theory of Change.
- An understanding of using Theory of Change in practice after listening to some short case studies.
- An opportunity to discuss Theory of Change in small groups with an example or considering how it applies to own scenario.
- Signposting to online resources for further info.

The workshop is suitable for people working in the NHS and partner organisations (including the non-profit sector). It is suitable for people that are innovating, implementing and evaluating changes in healthcare.
