Event summary
Building on our recent webinar centred on annual health checks, the next webinar will focus on advance planning with people with a learning disability.
For some people an important part of their annual health check could be having the chance to talk about what they would want if they were to become seriously ill. The West of England Learning Disability Collaborative team are committed to supporting quality, person-centred annual health checks and you are invited to explore how these conversations can work best for the individuals they serve, when appropriate.
The aim of this webinar is to explore and solve some of the challenges surrounding advance planning conversations, hear from expert speakers and those with experience in this area, and boost your confidence in handling complex situations.
