Event summary
Following requests from our previous community of practice events, we are pleased to be able to offer two events which will focus on deprescribing for cardiac conditions.
Part 1 will focus on heart failure medications, with part 2 focusing on acute coronary syndrome medications.
The events will be led by Victoria Ruszala for North Bristol Trust, with further presenters to be confirmed.
Who should attend?
Our Polypharmacy community of practice/shared learning event is open to GPs, Pharmacists, Nurse prescribers and other interested health professionals.
