This session will focus on reducing prescribing and continuing learning from our community of practice.
What is the Polypharmacy community of practice (COP)?
A network of passionate and enthusiastic clinicians who are all working to address the system-wide challenges of problematic polypharmacy in the West of England Region (BNSSG, BSW, Gloucestershire). The COP is not like other meetings. There will be opportunity to discuss, share and learn from other colleagues and develop solutions to some of the tricky problems or issues around Polypharmacy.
Who is the event for?
This event will be most useful for healthcare professionals, including medical and non-medical prescribers from a range of professions, who share an interest in and passion for addressing inappropriate polypharmacy.
