DigitalHealth.London has opened applications to its Launchpad programme for the next generation of digital health companies developing innovations to transform health and care. The programme supports London-based, early-stage companies to launch exciting new products or services to support NHS staff and patients.

Sara Nelson, Programme Director, DigitalHealth.London, said: “I’m delighted to announce the opening of applications to be part of the forth cohort of the DigitalHealth.London Launchpad programme. We’ve supported 26 early-stage companies to launch products as part of the programme so far, and these innovations are now improving experiences for both NHS staff and patients. If you’re a digital health company developing a product or service that tackles the current challenges facing the NHS, I’d urge you to consider applying for this programme.”

Sophie Brooks, Co-Founder of Lister, Launchpad Cohort four, said, “The support of the DigitalHealth.London Launchpad programme has been instrumental in launching our product in the NHS. We have been supported by a great team who’ve helped us pinpoint and define the value of our product, as well as supporting us with our evidence standard. As you are building a start-up, you must learn about every component a business consists of. Marketing was one aspect that I fell short on, but the DigitalHealth.London team helped to define the voice we wanted to portray. We have now implemented this into a social media and marketing strategy. I have also really enjoyed accessing peer support through the programme and meeting other founders in the digital health-tech space.”

DigitalHealth.London’s Launchpad aims to support digital health companies who are at an early stage of developing a product or service that has high potential to meet the current challenges facing the NHS and social care today. The programme is for London-based companies that are nearing launch into the health and social care market.

The DigitalHealth.London Launchpad will support companies by providing access to knowledge sharing events that will help them understand demand in order to bring the product or process to market. The programme will provide up to 12 hours of support consisting of workshops, bespoke 1:1 guidance from DigitalHealth.London consultants and advice from key founding and strategic partners to bring rich and diverse expertise across healthcare innovation.
