Caroline joined us in March 2025 as a steering group committee member for the evaluation network, alongside her role in population health evidence and intelligence at Gloucestershire County Council. Caroline has worked in the public health sector since 2020 after completing a master’s in public health at University of the West of England. Caroline’s experience of evaluation is practical and spans both public health and third sector, having worked previously in various charities leading and evaluating projects.
In this role, Caroline is interested in exploring different evaluation methodologies and frameworks, and working with members to understand how the network can best support everyone involved.
