Ellie joined the Evaluation and Insight team (E&I) as a Research and Evaluation Assistant at the beginning of June 2024. Ellie’s role involves supporting the E&I team on their evaluations, and she is currently working full time on the Innovate Healthier Together programme.
At university Ellie studied a BSc in Psychological Science and an MSc in Applied Neuropsychology. Before joining Health Innovation West of England, she worked frontline in the mental health sector, mostly for charitable organisations, specialising in improving access to services and support outcomes for individuals with complex emotional needs.
