Lauren has been with the team since August 2024. Prior to this, she worked as a health psychology and behavioural science researcher at several academic institutions across the UK (since 2013).
Lauren’s role is to advise and support on research and evaluation activities and processes, both within Health Innovation West of England and externally, with health care service providers and innovation developers.
Lauren is part of the Evaluation and Insights function within Health Innovation West of England. The team carry out dynamic and proportionate evaluations to produce insights that can inform decisions around the adoption and implementation of innovations and improve their impact.
Lauren was excited to join the team, as her interests in recent years have turned to impactful evaluation of complex programmes and collaborative approaches to knowledge production.
